- 500 g Beef or Veal
- 2 cups Egyptian White Rice
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Natural Butter
- 2 tbsp Ghee or Oil

Put meat in pot with water and salt, boil for 1.5 hours until fully cooked
