- 2 tbsp Ghee, Butter, or Oil
- 3 cups Water
Steps

Wash rice well and soak for 15 min

Heat ghee or butter in pot

Add rice, stir 2 min - no salt, no garlic, no onion

Add water and cook on low heat 15-20 min
